The Seizure of Rights is a National Problem!

I am having a hard time understanding the complacency of the people of this country!

We raise our hands in praise of our Military for protecting freedom, we praised our parents and their parents for going to war to protect democracy from the Nasi scourge.

We pretend to believe in a system that allows anyone to buy their way into Queens Park for less than what we pay for a car.

We allow  Simple  Sevants to enact regulations which impose if not totally remove our rights of choice and ownership and then brag to the world about how wonderful Canada is and how lucky we are to be free.

This hypocrisy has evolved to the point that the Judiciary are in fact legitimizing the actions of the Civil Service regulations that have no legitimacy in law by any stretch of the imagination in a true democratic society.

In British Columbia, the Fraser Valley Health Authority passed a regulation making unpasteurized milk a hazardous material. They then went to Court and secured an injunction against an employee of the owners of the herd, preventing theat employee from producing and distributing unpasteurized milk for human consumption. The Court at the urgings of the Health Authority went on to order that anyone who has knowledge of this order would be bound by the same injunction.

First of all, the employee was working for a pay cheque, the Court made it illegal for her to go to work. Secondly, the employee was not given a chance to defend herself against the application for an injunction as there was no requirement under the regulations to give her notice of the application. The Health Authority then went and brought an application to the Court to find her in contempt of Court when she continued to produce product but marked it “Not for Human consumption” pursuant to the Order.

Now just a minute here! The owners of the cows paid her to feed and maintain their cows, milk them and produce their product for their use and the government charges the worker bee! That is sick!

The worker bee had no legal representation and was asked to approve the order or be faced in essence with a jail sentence. Smells like extortion to me! To top it off the Court ruled that the worker be pay the legal costs of the Health Authority in the amount of $5,900.00. Give me a break! This is a clear message to everyone to “Do as I say ” or we will make you pay one way or another! Bullshit or more appropriately Cow Shit!

What the Court has done is say you can own a cow but you cannot pay anyone milk it, so you can drink the milk .

This kinda sorta like telling you that you can own a car but you cannot pay a mechanic to fix it so you can drive it!

If in fact milk is a hazardous product why are there not markings on the Milk Trucks that take the milk to the dairy that it contains hazardous material.  Every Dairy farmer is guilty of producing raw milk when he sends it to the Dairy. It isn’t pasteurized until it leaves the Dairy.

If indeed milk is a hazardous product then why is that fact not disclosed on every carton that the product is produced from a hazardous material?

Why in Gods name does a NGO have authority to dictate what we eat or drink . Tobacco is a hazardous product but yet you can buy it openly and freely at any convenience store.

It seems to me that the Milk Marketing Board has the money to lobby and dictate to all Canadians unhindered.

But hey why not it is a proven fact that you can buy a seat at Queens Park for $7,200.00.

The fact remains that this worker bee in BC will have to raise `$100,000 in legal fees in order to keep her job and earn a living. This gives me the impression that the law is only equal when you have enough money to buy your way through.

In short our GrandFathers, fathers, brothers and sisters who have and are fighting for perceived freedom have and are wasting their time, lives and efforts to support a fictional reality.

We are nothing more than serfs in modern-day feudal system that is being run by self interest groups filling their pockets with our money!

Makes you appreciate Fidel Castro! At the very least he is straight forward in his approach.

Wake up Sheeple!!!!!

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

We are of the belief that you, Bruce, are little more than a modern day Man of La Mancha, a knight errant, tilting at windmills while not realizing that on occasion they tilt back.

You raise the spectre of the loss of your society’s freedoms while not understanding they were not there to lose, being merely an illusion, created for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many, intended to instil complacency and acceptance of one’s lot in life – as a slave.

Our study of your history and myths reveals that from the Garden of Eden to the present time there is no such thing as freedom. Adam and Eve answered to the Lord of all Creation and him forbidding tasting the fruit of the tree of knowledge set the stage for the most pervasive, controlling and frankly, to those of us who follow the rules of logic, disturbing, force in the history of humanity – religion.
From that garden through the Mongol hoards, Tamerlane, Edward Long Shanks, the Tudors, Napoleon to Lenin – from the Tribal Elder to Idi Amin, there has never been a time in human history where people were truly in possession of that elusive commodity, freedom. Someone was always setting the rules to be followed by those at the bottom for the benefit of those at the top.

The closest you have ever come to true freedom was the attempt by Thomas Jefferson to slip his concept of non-government past the framers of the American constitution. But alas, they caught him at it and ended up with a warm-body-voting democracy in which the unscrupulous subvert “the will of the people” to assure themselves of control, while the masses vote for bread and circuses.

You decry the “purchase” of political office by your local power company while forgetting they are nothing more than the current version of William Randolph Hearst using his newspapers to create public opinion.

Are you so naive that you believe government exists for any reason beyond preserving itself, and are you unaware that there seems to be a pervasive instinct in human beings to make everything compulsory that isn’t forbidden?
That is the fallacy in your system! It grants the power for neighbour to control neighbour, the powerful to control the weak, the vicious to reign over the complacent.

You only need ask yourselves: When is it acceptable for a group to do that which would be forbidden to an individual? The answer, for those of you still recovering from the Sauble Sewer meeting yesterday – when it’s government!

We do however urge you to continue in your role of don Quixote Bruce, for as the poet Browning said “…but a man’s reach should exceed his grasp, or what’s a Heaven for?”

We hope by next week to have completed our assessment of the candidates in your current local election and will present to you what collection of people logic says would form the least offensive, the most strident and dysfunctional, and the most effective governments.

    Live long, and prosper
